Over the years I have been, what can we call it, semi-active in several different sports and physical activities.
List of sports
Soccer
Curling
Hockey
Martial Arts (Bujinkan budo taijutsu)
Floorball
The only sports/activities that I like and tried to stick with was hockey and martial arts. Now martial arts I don't even know why I stopped with it, hockey there I was unlucky and lazy, the team I played in dissolved and I could not find a new team that I liked (I was also kind of shy and that did not help when trying to get friends in new teams).
Now years later after much time and I guess you can call it "growth" I regret that I did not stick with the sports that I liked and pushed myself harder to stick with them. I like to push my self in training and see how far I can go and that is why I started training this year again and that is one of the reasons I started this blog, to keep track of the training, share my experience in life and with the training.
I started to train again this year (early March I think) and started hard, I got 6 days of training each week and one day of rest.
The plan was to write this when I started to train and keep this as a training log, but life got in the way and family stuff, and I also did not know how to start and what people would think, but I now decided to just do it, so this is the start of this blog.
Now to clarify, I'm not an expert in any of these subjects, what I write here will only reflect my options on the subjects and may change over time when I learn more or get more information about the subjects.
Second reason
There is a second reason for starting this blog, and that is to open up and share more about myself, I have over the year noticed that I don't share anything about myself that is not related to what we do at that time or the location I'm at, so at work or the bar, I will not share anything about myself unless people ask about it and that has constructed a wall between me and other people and most people I know don't know that much about me, so this is to try and change that behavior.
And for the end, I will leave you with this happy kid (My son)
