Hydration
Meet your daily hydration goal. A practical target is 2-3 liters minimum.
Recovery / Mobility
Make time for stretching, mobility work, sauna, or a recovery walk.
Outdoor Time
Spend at least 15-30 minutes outside through walking, running, rucking, or time in nature.
Choose Your Tier

Add running, rucking, and hard conditioning.
