Local Challenge Kit

Data Saved On Your Device

The Harder To Kill challenge kit can save your name, Instagram handle, selected tier, completed days, and selected week in your browser using localStorage. This lets the tracker remember your progress on the same device.

Storage key Type Purpose Duration and control
viking-muscles-harder-to-kill-v1 First-party browser localStorage Remember the challenge-kit profile and progress that you ask the tool to save. Remains on your device until you reset progress, clear site data in your browser, or your browser removes it. The website code does not transmit this saved data to Viking Muscles.

Google And Blogger

Website Platform

Viking Muscles is hosted on Blogger, which is a Google service. When you load the website, Google may process technical data and use cookies or similar technologies for platform operation, security, and other purposes described in Google's policies. Blogger comments and Blogger's contact-form functionality, where available, are also provided through Google systems.

Viking Muscles uses Google Analytics to measure website traffic and Google AdSense to display and measure advertising. These services may use cookies, identifiers, and similar technologies. Analytics and advertising technologies that are not strictly necessary must not be used unless you have actively consented where consent is required.

Cookies

Your Cookie Choices

Cookies and similar technologies can be used for website operation, security, analytics, preferences, or advertising. Strictly necessary technologies can be used without consent. Optional technologies require an active choice before they are used.

You must be able to reject optional technologies and withdraw a previous consent. The website's cookie settings must provide a detailed current list of optional technologies, including their purposes and duration. You can also remove stored cookies and site data through your browser settings.

If the website has not offered you cookie settings with a real choice, optional Analytics or AdSense technologies should not be active. Contact Viking Muscles if you have questions.

External Services

Third-Party Links

Viking Muscles may link to external services such as Gumroad, Everfit, Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Bluesky, or affiliate partners. When you follow one of these links, that service controls its own processing of your data. Review its privacy policy before submitting personal data.

If you buy a digital product through Gumroad, Gumroad handles checkout and payment data under its own terms. Viking Muscles may receive the order details needed to deliver the product and provide support.

Sharing

Who May Receive Data?

Personal data may be shared where necessary with:

  • Google, as the Blogger platform provider and for enabled Google services;
  • sales, payment, coaching, or delivery platforms you choose to use;
  • professional advisers or service providers where needed to operate the business; and
  • public authorities where disclosure is required by law.

Viking Muscles does not sell your contact information.

International Transfers

Processing Outside The EEA

Some service providers may process personal data outside Sweden or the European Economic Area. Where Viking Muscles is responsible for such a transfer, it must rely on a lawful transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards. External platforms provide more information about their transfers in their own privacy policies. Contact Viking Muscles if you want more information about safeguards relevant to a transfer for which Viking Muscles is responsible.

Retention

How Long Data Is Kept

Personal data is kept only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose. Messages are normally kept while a question, support request, or business relationship is active and then removed when they are no longer needed. Order and accounting records are kept for the period required by applicable law. Data stored locally by the challenge kit remains under your control as described above.

Security

Reasonable Protection

Viking Muscles takes reasonable steps to protect personal data. No online transmission or storage method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Avoid sending sensitive information unless it is necessary.

Your Rights

Control Over Your Personal Data

Under the GDPR, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request erasure, restrict processing, object to certain processing, and receive data portability where the legal requirements apply. You can withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal.

To exercise a right, email contact@vikingmuscles.com. Viking Muscles will normally respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Children

Children's Privacy

Viking Muscles is not designed specifically for children. Do not submit personal data for a child unless you are permitted to do so. In Sweden, a child under 13 cannot independently give GDPR consent for an online service offered directly to the child. Contact Viking Muscles if you believe a child has submitted personal data that should be removed.
